Returns
Policy

At Sweeneys Revival, we take pride in delivering quality grooming services and products. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

1. Services
• Payments for completed services are non-refundable.
• If you are dissatisfied with your service, please inform us before leaving the shop so we can address it immediately.
• For online bookings, deposits or prepayments are non-refundable in cases of late cancellation or no-shows, as per our Booking Policy.

2. Products
• Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
• Opened grooming products (beard oils, creams, shampoos, etc.) cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations unless faulty.
• Faulty or damaged products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, subject to inspection.

3. Refund Method
• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

4. Gift Vouchers & Packages
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Packages purchased in advance are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual with our approval.
