Welcome to Sweeneys Revival. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Appointments & Bookings
• All appointments must be booked via our online booking system or directly with the shop.
• Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in a shortened service or forfeited slot.
• Weekly and fortnightly pricing applies only if you’ve been seen within the stated timeframe.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows
• Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 12 hours before your appointment.
• Cancellations made later than this, or failure to attend, will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee.
• Repeat no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

3. Payments
• Payment is due immediately after service unless prepaid online.
• We accept cash, card, and mobile payments upon agreement.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the booked price.

4. Gift Vouchers & Packages
• Vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
• Packages and discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless specified.

5. Products
• Products purchased in-store or online are non-refundable unless faulty.
• Opened grooming products (beard oils, creams, shampoos) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

6. Liability & Safety
• All services are performed by trained barbers and therapists; however, results may vary depending on individual hair, skin, or health conditions.
• Clients must inform staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before treatment.
• Sweeneys Revival will not be liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or conditions not disclosed prior to service.

7. Conduct in the Shop
• Respect the space, the staff, and other clients.
• Any disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour will result in refusal of service.
• This is a gentlemanly (and gentlewomanly) house — treat it as such.

8. Website & Online Use
• All content, images, and branding on this site belong to Sweeneys Revival and may not be copied or used without written permission.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability and may suspend services for updates or maintenance.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. By booking or purchasing, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of South African courts in the event of a dispute.
